Consultation call
Consultation call by calling (620) 315-4073. Please leave a message as we are unable to answer during session. On this call, you'll be invited to share what's been going on in your life and what brought you to consider therapy.  I'll ask some questions to understand your situation better, like how long you've been dealing with these challenges and if you've ever tried therapy before.

We'll also talk about what you're hoping to get out of therapy and any preferences you have, like if you prefer a certain therapeutic approach or if there are specific goals you want to work towards.

If appropriate we will then schedule an initial session and answer questions about scheduling or payment.

Often, clients will prefer to use insurance to help offset the cost of services. Any arrangement involving insurance coverage must be initiated prior to starting services, or as insurance becomes available to clients according to their needs.

After scheduling, you'll review and sign new client forms in order for your treatment needs to be supported. Our office is handicap accessible.

INtake session
An intake session is like the starting point of your journey in therapy. It's a chance for us to get to know each other better and lay the groundwork for our work together.

During the intake, I'll ask you some questions about your background, what brings you to therapy, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll also talk about practical stuff like scheduling and confidentiality.

The main goal of the intake session is to gather enough information to create a personalized plan for your therapy. It's also a time for you to ask any questions you have and to get a feel for how therapy works.
Ongoing treatment
Ongoing treatment is like the heart of our therapy journey together. It's where we roll up our sleeves and start working on the things that matter most to you.

In each session, we'll check in on how you've been since we last met and what's been on your mind lately. You'll have the space to talk about whatever's bothering you, whether it's big stuff or small stuff – everything is welcome here.

We'll also dive into specific goals or challenges you've identified, using a variety of techniques and approaches tailored to your needs.
